have been reminiscing on Aunt Margaret’s life, the family
reunions, and visits we had with the Sigvaldason family all over Canada
As
a way to honor the Sigvaldason Family, we would like to compile a collection of
recipes of foods and beverages in their memory.
Has this already been done? If not, we would like to try. The recipe can be one that your family has enjoyed or served at family reunions and celebrations. It can also be recipes from years ago such as those baked by our grandmother, Gudjona Lara Sigvaldason, or other relatives. Your daily favorite recipes can also be included.

you would like to contribute, we would appreciate receiving any recipes, along
with the name(s) as contributor of the recipe. We prefer the recipes be
sent electronically to either of us. However, to mail a paper copy of the
recipe, please send an email to one of us for our address. (click on our name) We would like to receive the recipes by May 15, 2012 .
As
we do not have the email addresses of most Sigvaldason Family members, we’re
asking for you to forward or share this message with your children,
grandchildren, cousins, and extended relatives.
